BIO: Wade Hindes was an undergraduate at the University of Michigan and earned a Ph.D. in mathematics from Brown University in 2015. After a postdoctoral fellowship at the CUNY Graduate Center in New York, Wade joined the math department at Texas State University as an Assistant Professor in the fall of 2018. His research interests are in number theory and  dynamical systems
